What’s up folks!
You all may have heard the quote:
“The bags under my eyes are prada”
I don’t really know the owner of the quote but that quote is amazing haha! Anyways, even though your eyebags are fabulous they shouldn’t get too baggy right? I don’t know if dark circles and wrinkles under my eyes are ever going to be a thing or “in” but right now, it’s not. So I’d like to avoid it.
I’ve been using this product for maybe 2 months(?) and I’ve been loving it! I have been blessed with no darkcircles at all, even though I sleep very VERY late – like sometimes when you wake up to go to work, I sleep. Not proud of it but just stating the truth. So I don’t get dark circles, but I get really dry under my eyes and the outcome are wrinkles. I also sometimes get really puffy eyes because my eyes have been under lasik surgery. Your girl had really bad sight before.
What I want in an eyecream is that it would smooth out the skin under my eyes, moisturize it, reduce puffiness and brightens it.
This eye cream was on sale, and I was drawn to it because of the colour. Yes, the colour of this jar is my favourite and I was tricked but I’m glad I was tricked because it works.
So let’s look at the ingredients of this product:

The company Mizon:
Mizon is a company from South Korea that carries products from skincare, body, hair and make up. The company is famous for it’s snail mucin-based products such as the “All in one Snail repair cream” which is one of the most famous products from South Korea.
I will someday do a review on this when the time comes, but I think many of you maybe have heard or seen this jar before.
What is collagen?
Collagen is a protein that our bodies produce, it’s found in muscles, bones, skin, digestive system, blood vessels and tendons. The proteins gives our skin its elasticity and is the so-called “glue” that holds our joints together.
Our skin produces less and less collagen when we get older and that’s why we get wrinkles, saggy skin and joints pains. By consuming collagen or using products that contain collagen will help the body to absorb it to benefit the places that need it.
Mizon Intensive Firming Solution Collagen Power Firming Eye Cream.
The name itself is powerful isn’t it? The name is basically advertising itself! First of all, the jar was huge! You get so much products, especially because it’s for the eyes and you get the jar that you usually get for moisturisers. You also get a cute little spatula with it. Now I don’t know where you live, if you live in Europe as I do, the product might be much higher in price compared to Asian countries and for example the US. Even though, it is still cheap. I bought mine when it was on sale from Lyko. I’m linking the product here.
The texture…. my gosh, how I love the texture of the cream. It has a gel-like texture that always make my under eyes feel a bit coolish while putting it on, leaving my eyes feeling very nice. When I think of collagen, I actually imagine this kind of texture, I’m may be really wrong but that’s just my own imagination.
It takes a bit of time for the product to absorb into your skin but it just gives you the extra time to work it into the places you want it to be. You only need a small amount of product because the gel-like texture spreads like water when it meets your skin.
It does not move when it’s absorbed and sits well with make up on too. I’ve had problems with eyecreams that moves and rubs off of your skin if you accidentally rub your eyes.
So, after the 2nd day I used this I noticed that the skin under my eyes were very soft, the dryness I had on my eye lids were also gone. After 2 weeks my under eye felt like I had some kind of filter because it was so smooth! I also put it on my smilelines to test it and YEEEEESSS it works! Even my smilelines felt somewhat like they were fading! What is this? I am AMUSED!
I have recommended this to many of my friends, and now I’m recommending this to you guys. I hope it works on you too.
I give it a 5/5 ⭐️ the packaging is CUTE, the product WORKS, the price is GOOD, you get LOTS of product and I’ve been using this everyday and loving it still.
